Hi, I’m Glenn, a chef passionate about delicious food and a newfound love for running. Now, I’m searching for a balance between the pursuit of flavour, fitness, well-being, and athletic performance.
I have a degree in sports science and over 10 years of experience in professional kitchens. Now, i want to combine my two passions. So, I’ve created a space to share my recipes, tips, and stories that inspire you and me to eat well and live a more active lifestyle.
As a chef, I refuse to believe that eating well means compromising on flavour. So, whether you’re a foodie, a runner, or just looking for a tasty meal, I’m excited to share my journey with you.
