Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Sunflower Oil; 500 g Minced Lamb; 1 Large Onion (Diced); 2 Carrots (Diced); 3 Celery Sticks (Diced); 2 Bay Leaves; 3 Sprigs of Thyme; 3 Cloves of Garlic (Crushed); 2 Tbsp Plain Flour; 1 Tbsp Tomato Puree; 150 ml Red Wine; 400 ml Lamb Stock; 1 Tbsp Redcurrant Jelly; 750 g Potatoes (Peeled and Cut into Large but Equal Chunks); 2 Tbsp Butter; 100 ml milk; Salt / Pepper to Tast
