Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tbsp Finely Grated Horseradish Root
  • 80 ml Double Crean
  • 4 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp English Mustard Powder
  • 4 Tbsp Double Cream
  • 1 Garlic Clove Crushed
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Chives
  • Salt /Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Whip 80ml Double cream until it reaches a soft peak.
  2. Mix the grated horseradish with the apple cider vinegar and set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Fold the horseradish, vinegar, chives, garlic, and mustard into the whipped cream.
  4. Season it to taste, and let it stand for 15 minutes before serving.
